Jason Delikat, Superintendent

Jason brings over 38 years of construction experience, starting his career as a carpenter and eventually owning his own general contracting company. His family history runs deep in construction. His grandfather was a Lumber yard owner, General Contractor, Building Inspector in the Town of Norway, and a Building inspector/Contractor in Cape Coral Florida. Jason’s father was a union carpenter
foreman/Superintendent, a cabinet shop owner, and is still a licensed General Contractor in Cape Coral Florida.

 

Jason began his apprenticeship before high school age working with his grandfather and father on various types of projects.  For the last 7 years Jason has been a project manager for Wimmer Communities; running ground up
luxury apartment building projects and renovations. Five years prior to working with Wimmer, Jason was a traveling field Superintendent/Project Manager managing restaurant renovations and new builds in several states. Jason also owned a residential/commercial contracting company for several years after leaving a Superintendent/Project management position with The Jansen Group in the 90s.

 

Jason has 2 adult children, enjoys the outdoors, and motorcycling in his free time. He is excited to be a part of the Flatwater team, build high-end/luxury homes, and is eager to share his skill sets with other Flatwater team members.
