Adam Obrochta

Adam started his career working with his father who was a general contractor.  Adam's dad taught him about work ethic and demanded high effort, high quality and pace. At just 17, Adam's dad made him a partner and the real work began. 

His responsibilites included running crews, selling jobs, setting up projects and running client meetings. Adam and his father branched into major commercial projects, becoming a preferred contractor for two major land developers, working on a wide range of projects including schools, medical buildings, strip malls, factories as well as affluent neighborhoods, apartment complexes and condo communities.

After selling his company to his employees, Adam moved out west for 5 years, and enjoyed getting back to nature and mountain biking.  Three years ago, Adam and his family moved back to Wisconsin to be with family and got back into building as a superintendent.  Adam joined Flatwater Homes because like him, they believed in the  value of clients, trades people and doing high quality work.

Adam enjoys working with clients to make their dream home a reality and last for generations.
