Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for trade partners are crucial to our project management process, as outlined in section 12 of our General Terms and Conditions. Please ensure you meet the minimum requirements/limits and send the COIs to accounting@flatwaterhomesllc.com, making sure to include Flatwater Homes LLC as an additional insured.

• Comprehensive General Liability 

  • $1,000,000.00 Each occurrence 

  • $2,000,000.00 General Aggregate 

• Commercial Automobile Liability (including coverage for Owned, Non-owned, and Hired autos): 

  • Combined single limits for bodily injury and property damage: 

    • $1,000,000.00 Each occurrence 

  • Professional liability errors and omissions insurance, per paragraph 9.0 

    • $1,000,000.00 per occurrence
