Brenton Bailey

Brenton Bailey’s passion for high-end residential construction started early alongside his grandfather, a carpenter who taught him the value of craftsmanship, hard work, and doing things the right way. Those early experiences shaped the way Brenton approaches every project today: with an appreciation for thoughtful design, quality execution, and attention to detail.

Brenton began his career working closely with residential and commercial construction teams as an account manager, building strong relationships by providing a high level of service to owners, project managers, and tradespeople alike. He was drawn toward residential project management and the opportunity to play a hands-on role in bringing custom homes from concept to completion, after spending years on active job sites and seeing large-scale projects come to life. 

Over the past eight years, Brenton has continued to hone his experience in high-end residential construction, working on projects throughout Chicago’s North Shore communities. From working through intricate architectural details to coordinating with craftsmen, Brenton values a team-oriented approach and believes the best projects are built through strong communication, trust, and a shared commitment to excellence.

Brenton lives in Milwaukee’s Bay View neighborhood with his partner. Outside of work, he enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible and is always up for exploring somewhere new.
