Connor Howley

Connor Howley lives in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood with his wife and family in one of his own builds — a home featured on the cover of Modern in Denver in Fall 2020. Outside of work, he’s an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys skiing, rafting, and biking throughout Colorado’s mountains, rivers, and trails.

Connor earned a degree in Industrial Design from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design, which included a semester at the renowned L’École de Design in Nantes, France. His education instilled a passion for blending quality materials with thoughtful design, while his early work as a finish carpenter provided the hands-on experience to deliver projects with craftsmanship and precision.

Since 2014, Connor has been building homes and creating design-rich spaces across Denver, including an award-winning restaurant and numerous luxury home builds and remodels in Cherry Creek, Country Club, RiNo, and Downtown. He brings a balance of design sensibility and construction know-how, ensuring every project unites form and function while reflecting his clients’ vision.
