Ryan Ruef

Raised with Midwestern values, Ryan has always believed in working hard, treating people well and taking pride in what you do. As a collegiate athlete and team captain, he developed a strong sense of discipline, accountability and teamwork that he carries with him into his work today.

Ryan has a passion for residential construction and enjoys seeing a project come together from an idea into a finished home. His experience includes managing residential remodeling projects from start to finish, coordinating contractors and vendors, and keeping projects on track with schedules and budgets. Prior to his home remodeling business, Ryan worked closely with an architect through the design and planning of a new home in Lake Forest, Illinois, taking the project through the approval and permitting process.

He approaches construction with a solutions-oriented mindset and a strong attention to detail. Ryan believes that quality work comes from taking the time to do things right, communicating well and being willing to find a solution when challenges come up. He enjoys working with the people involved in a project and takes pride in helping create a product that homeowners can be proud of.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys staying active and spending time with his wife and two children. While not on a jobsite or with his family, you can also find him on the golf course, the paddle court or watching his favorite sports teams!
