Shane Fultz
Service Manager
I’m dedicated to God, my wife, and the client.
I believe that strength, patience, and faith are built through challenge. I was blessed to marry the love of my life in September 2025, and I bring that same sense of gratitude and commitment into my work every day.
Almost all of my working life has revolved around the residential home industry. I started out in landscaping, building hardscapes, outdoor kitchens, and patios. My carpentry journey began under the guidance of a former basketball coach and church leader who taught me how to see my work — and life — through a new lens. That experience sparked a deep respect for craftsmanship, quality, and integrity.
Since then, I’ve worked across nearly every aspect of home construction — from residential painting to concrete and heavy equipment operation. I’ve even run cranes up to 280 tons while helping build bridges and seawalls in the Great Lakes region, earning certification through the Army Corps of Engineers at UW–Madison.
At Flatwater Homes, I’ve found a team that shares my drive for excellence. I’ve learned how to refine every skill to a higher standard and ensure every detail reflects the care our clients deserve.
I put God first in everything I do, especially the tasks others might overlook. I treat every project as if it were my own. My goal is simple: to ensure every client experiences the respect, communication, and craftsmanship they deserve.
